Design & Development Process

STEP 1:  The Product DNA Checklist.  Great display designs originate from great questions.  In depth analysis of the product specifications, brand attributes, target audience, retail environment, and all functional requirements to guide:

• Design Process
• Selection of Materials
• Manufacturing Processes

Step 2:  The Consumer Interaction Strategy.  If you want them to buy, let them try.  An interactive session to determine how the store environment will engage consumers and entice them to purchase product.  We seek a common understanding of display interactions, and how it will function as a seamless delivery system of the brand.

Step 3:  The Reality Check.  If it is not commercially feasible, it is not worth doing. Period!  Using our proprietary analysis, we establish the true unit budget, accounting for freight and other "hidden" dollars to assure that there are no surprises when it comes to commerical production and logistics.  This enables us to avoid any design approaches that would be economically unfeasible.

 

Step 4: The Rough Sketch.  Putting our thinking, and yours, on the same page.  We develop and present up to three conceptual renderings of finished design that meet all specified criteria.

 

Step 5:  The Go Forward Plan.  When careful planning is made, expectations are met.  We proceed to final rendering, include engineered renderings, selection and specification of construction mateials, modularity, sub components, and logistic requirements (set-up, shipping, etc.)

 

Step 6:  The Prototype.  Turning the Vision Into Reality.  A prototype is produced based on the final rendering for testing, evaluation and fine tuning, prior to commercial production.

 

Step 7:  Dynamic Production PLUS.  We develop the finished display product and components, handle all inventrory and distribution requirements to ensure the fastest possible door-to-store delivery.
